  • By the way, the Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS) 603A. 220 requires operators of internet websites and other data collectors to notify Nevada consumers when they experience a data breach. NRS 603A. 290 provides the Office of the Nevada Attorney General with enforcement authority. Accordingly, operators and data collectors may elect to provide notice of a data breach to the Office of the Nevada Attorney General by emailing the notice to OperatorAGNotices@ag.nv.gov.  The cost to mail out notifications to your employees, vendors and other contacts of your business is covered in a cyber liability policy.
