ABOUT THE OWNERS
Jim is from the east side of Pennsylvania, (Springfield Township Delaware County near Philadelphia, PA) and Bonnie is from the West side of Pennsylvania (South Greensburg, PA).
Jim and Bonnie Grant met in 1996 and married in 1999 in Houston, TX. Jim was a Automobile Claims Adjuster Supervisor for Progressive Insurance. Bonnie was a Store Manager with Mattress Giant and then entered the mortgage business.
In 2003, Jim was recruited to become the State Claims Property Manager for Farmers Insurance in the Southern Region of Arizona in the Homeowner Division. Bonnie worked with Wells Fargo Bank, General Electric and SoFin Mortgage across several states as a Mortgage Banker.
Jim got promoted to become the State Claims Manager for Farmers Insurance for the whole state of Nevada. So they both moved to NV in 2006. Bonnie remained with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage.
The good thing about Jim’s experience as a claims adjuster is that Jim can help you through your time of need if you are ever involved in a car accident. Most Insurance Agents don’t know what to do. Some do not like to take the time to help you during a claim. They only want to sell you. Our Insurance agency has an important person, Jim Grant, that can help you through your insurance claim.

In 2009, Bonnie started her career in the insurance industry as a captive agent and she started the Bonnie Grant Insurance Agency. The agency was doing well. Jim left his position in the claims department and joined her in 2010.
Bonnie has experience in several different areas of business. During her first marriage she was a Financial Services Agent with First Investors In Connecticut. She helped her clients learn about life insurance, annuities and mutual funds. She also worked part-time during tax seasons for H & R Block. She likes merging the knowledge of taxes and financial planning.
She moved to Texas after her divorce and she became a Store Manager for Mattress Giant in Houston, TX. She wanted to start of business again. She loves exercise and she always wanted to be around children because she is unable to have children. She invested in a Stretch-n-Grow Franchise where she taught fitness to young children in day care facilities.
At that time, she met her current husband Jim Grant. Jim got head-hunted to become the state Claims Manager of Farmers Insurance so they sold the business for a profit and moved to Mesa, AZ. There Bonnie wanted to get back to financial services. She became a Mortgage Banker for GE Home Finance and then joined Wells Fargo Home Mortgage after GE closed their doors. Jim got promoted to become the state claims manager in the state of Nevada so we moved in 2006. After the 2008 crash, it was time to find a business that was not affected by the economy.
Bonnie looked inward and wanted to find a job that would last the rest of her life. She looked at her past experiencing the car accident and decided to help others just like my Mom helped me. Here is a little about my accident.
On 2/21/1983 Bonnie was on her way to go to a college class. Bonnie’s first car was hit by a dump truck in Youngwood, Pennsylvania in 1983. The guy who drove the dump truck was drunk. He ran a red light and T-Boned her brand new 1983 Plymouth Horizon on the passenger side. He actually killed someone after he hurt me. I wish he would have gotten help. They didn’t have programs back then like they do now. I am grateful I was strong enough to survive. I am grateful to my Mother who had good insurance. I was in the hospital for 3 weeks. The medical costs were paid by the insurance. I believe that secured my future ability to live, work & earn an income. I was only 20 years old. If I didn’t have good insurance limits and a lawyer, we would probably still be paying back all the costs that were involved. I am passionate about helping you get the right insurance!
My goal in telling you this is that I am on a mission to help you do the same thing my Mom did for me. Do you need good insurance? Cheap insurance is not always good. The cost of healthcare is enormous!
It’s clear. IF my Mom didn’t have the right car insurance
with the right policy limits, I wouldn’t be here today.
Thank you Mom. I got the right doctors and hospital care that I needed. This accident could have ended my life and my financial future. I would never ever want anyone to be in a situation without good insurance. I got the care to earn a healthy income and have a healthy life. Do you have the right insurance? Let’s find out. Come visit our insurance agency.
Everyone wants good coverages at a good rate. That is the right way. If you are at-fault during an accident, your policy will pay first. If you don’t have the right coverages to pay for the damages you caused, your assets could be at risk. I want to train everyone to protect their assssss-ets. The expenses of my accident were all paid for except a $500 deductible.
We live in a litigious climate. If you cause an accident, there is a 96% chance you would get sued. Look at your assets and then choose the right insurance to keep your assets in the bank. My Mom did and I am grateful! Do you?
Thank you Lord for Protecting me and granting me the ability to live to help others, even truckers.

Our Agency is Trusted Choice Recommended.
You won’t hear this from the companies that do a lot of advertising! In fact, they will deny all of it. I know. I used to be one of them. I was with Farmers Insurance for 11+ years.
We are co-branded with Trusted Choice and the Big I. We align and leverage these organizations as a professional insurance agency to complement and give us an upper edge on different insurance programs not available to all agents.
We represent more than one insurance company so that we can offer our clients a wider choice of quotes for your auto insurance, home insurance, business insurance, life and Medicare coverage.
Did you know that independent agents are 46% more likely to be recommended than regular independent insurance agents!
We work for you and our agents are NOT beholden to any one company! This is really hard to say and actually jive with your thoughts.
We are consultants working with you to to make sure we keep up with your needs.
We are value conscious to your wallet to find the best companies, price, coverage and service. We do not work with JUST ONE COMPANY like 90% of the agents out there.
Awesome!

How much is car insurance?
This is not always an easy question to answer. Insurance rates are based on a lot of factors like your location where your car is garaged, which coverage types and amounts your chose to have on your policy, and your driving history. The largest part of your premium costs are in the liability section. Insuring the vehicle is cheaper is next.
Since no two drivers are the same, auto insurance companies must look deeply into each individual’s personal driving history to assess various risk factors when determining a car insurance quote. Companies may use factors like where you live geographically. What is that areas population density, crime rates, weather patterns? Do you drive in the city, suburban or rural areas? Are there a lot of people driving in that area which would mean more cars and traffic, which increases the risk of theft or accidents.
CAR MAKE AND MODEL
Your vehicle make and model affect how auto insurance companies calculate your premium rates.
ACCIDENT RATES
Driving a vehicle with a history of recent accidents will increase your auto insurance premium rates.
COST OF REPAIRS
Some vehicles’ parts are expensive to replace. Some parts are hard to find with older vehicles.
DRIVING HISTORY
Insurers methodically weigh various elements of your driving history to determine how likely you are to file a claim. The higher your liklihood to file a claim, the higher the rate your insurance premium will be. Each insurer has its own way to determine each person’s risk level. After the insurance company calculates their base rate, insurance costs are as unique as you ar. Therefore, insurance rate comparison tools are a sure-fire way to find the cheapest quote for the best coverage.
AGE
Younger drivers can exhibit reckless behavior on the road, like speeding or driving under the influence. This tendency, coupled with inexperience, means teen drivers pay more expensive car insurance premiums of any age of drivers on the road today.
After gaining safe experience on the road, age 25-30 is the age range that teen drivers start to see savings on their car insurance rates.
THEFT RATES
Living in a zip code with frequent incidents of vehicle theft and vandalism will cause your auto insurance rates to increase. Insurance companies break the zip codes down into territories and assign a risk level to each. The higher the risk level, the higher the premium. It is wise to check insurance rates before you move to a new location.
INSURANCE CLAIMS
Every insurance carrier has a different experience level of claims with each type of car. Some car models have a higher frequency of being stolen. Will every insurance carrier insure the same car for the same rate? Never. Driving a car model with a high number of claims, including fraudulent ones, will affect your premium rates.
ANNUAL MILEAGE
Your estimated annual mileage shows how much you are on the road, and therefore how much risk you are at for an accident.
PRIMARY USE OF VEHICLE
Auto insurers also take into account how you use your vehicle. A vehicle used to commute to and from work or school will be more expensive to insure because you most likely drive
CREDIT SCORE
Almost every major insurer will use a driver’s credit score as a rating factor when providing an auto insurance quote. The lower the credit scrore will create the higher insurance premium. Historically, drivers with a lower credit score are more likely to file insurance claims, thus presenting a higher risk to insurance companies.
OTHER FACTORS TO KNOW
Red flags found in your driving history, like speeding tickets, DUIs, previous accidents, are important to insurers. A minor accident or violation can increase your insurance rates for the next few years.
Drivers with an at-fault accident on your record poses a higher risk level to the insurance companies than those with a clean record. When you are at a higher risk, you will pay a higher premium.
The best way to find the cheapest car insurance policy is by comparing quotes from multiple insurance companies side-by-side and figuring out which company gives you the best deal. An agency that has a system to compare insurance company rates is the right place to go for a tailored car insurance comparison experience complete with discounts and coverage recommendations. Insurance coverage is very important. Agents will quote your insurance rates and explain how each coverage works. Their knowledge is immeasurable. They want to make sure if you ever get into an accident, you will have the right coverage at the right price.
